Deepen Your Breath.
Feel whatever emotion is presenting in your body. Do not try to change it or analyze it. Instead, give it space and FEEL the energy of the emotion(continue to breathe deeply).
If possible, look (or go) outside. Watch the leaves in the trees, or the grass sway. Do this for a while (still breathing ;).
Listen to ALL of the sounds around you. Try not to discriminate between pleasant or unpleasant. Let each layer in.
